30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every access plan sold on invitations.store (10 Days Access, 1 Month Access and 3 Months Access). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at support@invitations.store and we will arrange it for you.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the money to appear on your statement. See Paddle's refund policy for further details.
What happens to your invitation
When a refund is issued, the paid access period for the related invitation ends and the invitation link stops being publicly reachable. Guest replies already collected remain visible to you in your account.
