1. Who you are contracting with

invitations.store is operated by KEYVISION EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria ("we", "us", "our"). By using invitations.store you enter into an agreement with KEYVISION EOOD. You can reach us at support@invitations.store.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

3. The service

invitations.store lets you create a digital invitation page, share it through a single link and collect RSVP replies from your guests. Each new invitation is free to share for 24 hours; afterwards a paid access plan keeps the link live.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
• send fraudulent, deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages (spam);
• upload or publish content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including malware, probing, penetration testing, automated scraping or circumventing technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

6. Your content and guest data

You keep ownership of the event details, text and guest information you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to share the personal data of guests you invite and for how you use their replies.

7. Our intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service itself, including the software, designs, templates, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors beyond our control may affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Payments and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Access plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. When access ends, your invitation links stop working; contact us within 30 days if you need a copy of your guest replies, after which data may be deleted.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
